Spraying Systems Tip 15 Degree 1/8 MEG
Spraying Systems 1/8" Nozzles feature specially hardened stainless steel construction for flow control accuracy as well as a longer life-span. Design provides optimized fluid dynamics to minimize turbulence and maximize spray performance. These nozzles are suitable for use with a wide range of flow rates and operating conditions and are available with a choice of spray patterns, spray angles and connections.
Spray angles of 0° to 40°
- Patented design provides optimized fluid dynamics to minimize turbulence and maximize spray performance
- The 302 stainless steel guide vane further stabilizes turbulent flow and improves pattern quality and cleaning efficiency
- Operating pressures from 300 to 4000 psi (20 to 275 bar)
Uniform distribution – an internal guide vane stabilizes liquid turbulence
Longer wear life and flow control accuracy with specially hardened stainless steel15-Degree Nozzle creates a 15 degree fan pattern. These pressure washer nozzles are referred to as chiseling tips. Held at a 45 degree angle you can use it like a scraper to remove peeling paint or mildew. It is also used for other tasks where breaking the bond is harder than average. Of your different pressure washer nozzles You will find yourself using this one the most often when the task is tough. This is the only situation I know where you'll find that when the going gets tough the tough gets yellow or 15 Degree.Spray Nozzle Selection ChartDetermine the pressure (PSI) and the water flow (GPM) of your machine. From the left hand column select the appropriate gpm. On the top line find the psi of your machine. At the point these meet in the middle determines the proper nozzle size for your machine. Example; if you have a 4.0 gpm at 3000 psi unit, your nozzle size needed will be a 4.5. It is very important to use the proper nozzle size to prevent future engine problems.500 psi1000 psi1500 psi2000 psi2500 psi3000 psi3500 psi4000 psi4500 psi5000 psi6000 psi2.0 gpm5.54.03.53.02.52.52.02.02.02.01.52.5 gpm7.05.04.03.53.03.02.52.52.52.02.03.0 gpm8.56.05.04.04.03.53.03.03.02.52.53.5 gpm10.07.05.55.04.54.03.53.53.53.03.04.0 gpm12.08.06.55.55.04.54.54.04.03.53.54.5 gpm13.09.07.56.55.55.05.04.54.04.03.55.0 gpm15.010.08.07.06.56.05.55.04.54.54.05.5 gpm20.011.09.08.07.06.56.05.55.05.04.56.0 gpm20.012.010.08.57.57.06.56.05.55.55.06.5 gpm20.013.011.09.08.07.57.06.56.06.05.57.0 gpm20.015.012.010.09.08.07.57.06.56.55.57.5 gpm30.015.012.011.010.08.58.07.57.06.56.08.0 gpm30.020.013.012.010.09.08.58.07.57.06.58.5 gpm30.020.015.012.011.010.09.08.58.07.57.09.0 gpm30.020.015.013.012.011.010.09.08.58.07.510.0 gpm30.020.020.015.013.012.011.010.010.09.08.0
